A stationary front will sit over the region through Friday, leading to rounds of showers and thunderstorms. Expect warm and humid conditions throughout the period. Some storms may be severe and some could produce heavy rainfall.
Another round of showers and thunderstorms will develop tonight, with more severe weather and heavy rainfall possible. Scattered showers and thunderstorms will stick around Wednesday through Friday, with highs in the lower to middle 80s.
A low pressure system will ride along the front into the weekend. This will cause chances for showers and thunderstorms to linger Saturday and Sunday. Highs will be in the lower 80s for Saturday and Sunday. By Monday, humidity will start to drop and there will be just an isolated thunderstorm chance with highs in the upper 70s. We should dry out completely with sunshine, lower humidity, and highs in the middle to upper 70s on Tuesday.
