Our weather will remain dry through the weekend, and into the first part of next week. The slow warming trend will continue as well and humidity levels will slowly increase. Skies will be partly sunny through the period. Highs will top out around 80 degrees this afternoon, reaching the lower 80s on Saturday, the middle 80s on Sunday, and the upper 80s on Monday. By Sunday afternoon, heat index values will be approaching 90 degrees, and on Monday should be at or above 90 for part of the afternoon.
Very warm weather will stick around through the next work week. Tuesday should be our warmest day, with high temperatures around 90 degrees, and heat index values in the lower to middle 90s. It will be partly sunny with a chance for showers and thunderstorms arriving late in the day or at night as a weak cold front moves through Wisconsin. Highs will be around 90 degrees, with heat index values in the lower to middle 90s. Shower and thunderstorm chances wil! l end early Wednesday with the passage of the front. Skies will be partly sunny for much of Wednesday afternoon and mostly sunny on Thursday. Temperatures will still be very warm, but it turn less humid with highs in the middle 80s.
Humidity levels will creep back up on Friday with a chance for late day or nighttime showers and thunderstorms. Skies will be partly sunny. High temperatures will top out in the middle to upper 80s for next Friday.
