Showers and thunderstorms will move through this evening, but with cloud cover earlier in the day and storms to our south this morning, they will likely stay non-severe, with only a slight chance of some storms with high winds. There could still be heavy rain as they move through, though, so flash flooding will be possible. The showers and thunderstorms will end tonight and skies will become partly cloudy with lows dropping into the lower to middle 60s.
On Sunday, expect partly sunny skies with highs near 80 and lower humidity.
Monday will be mostly cloudy and cooler with highs in the lower 70s and scattered showers, mainly in the afternoon. Tuesday will be cooler still, as highs dip into the upper 60s and a slight chance of a few afternoon showers remains.
The rest of the week looks nice with plenty of sunshine, low humidity and highs in the lower 70s on Wednesday, the middle 70s on Thursday, and the upper 70s on Friday.
By next weekend, heat and humidity should return for a couple of days. It will be partly sunny, breezy and more humid on Saturday with highs in the lower 80s and warm and humid with a chance of showers and thunderstorms late in the day on Sunday with highs in the mid 80s and heat index values near 90.THIS EVENING:
