A large area of low pressure near Hudson Bay continues to dominate the weather in Wisconsin. A weak disturbance rotating around this low pressure system will bring a good chance of showers and thunderstorms today, especially in the afternoon and evening. Any stronger storms will have the potential to produce small hail and gusty winds. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s. Overnight lows will fall to the upper 50s.
Over the weekend, we will stay mainly dry with only a slight chance of isolated showers in the afternoon. High temperatures will remain in the lower 80s.
Next week, the shower and thunderstorm chances return on Monday and the best chances of rain will be from Tuesday through early Thursday as a warm front stalls across southern Wisconsin. Highs will remain near 80.
