A weak area of low pressure to our west will continue to spread some clouds into southern Wisconsin tonight. There is a slight chance for a shower, mainly for areas west of Madison. Lows temperatures will fall into the middle 50s. Thursday will be partly sunny and mild with highs in the middle 70s.
High pressure will dominate the weather pattern over the region from Friday through the weekend with mostly sunny skies. Highs will be in the upper 70s from Friday through Sunday.
It looks like the quiet weather pattern will continue for early next week. Skies will be partly sunny Monday and Tuesday with highs in the upper 70s. Showers and thunderstorms will develop Wednesday with highs reaching the middle 70s.
