High pressure remains in control of our weather through the weekend, which means plenty of sunshine and highs near 80 for both Saturday and Sunday.
A weak front will move through the area on Monday, bringing a very slight chance of showers later in the day, but highs will remain warm, in the mid 70s. Tuesday will be partly sunny and warm again with highs back into the upper 70s.
A strong low pressure system will develop and move through the area from late Wednesday through Thursday. This will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms through southern Wisconsin, but temperatures will once again remain warm until it passes with highs in the upper 70s Wednesday and mid 70s Thursday.
After the system passes, temperatures will cool back to normal for early October with highs in the mid 60s Friday and Saturday with a chance of a few lingering showers Friday.
