Skies will remain mostly clear tonight and temperatures will be cool once again as lows drop near 50. Sunday will be mostly sunny and pleasant again with highs in the mid 70s.
Monday will be partly sunny and mild with high temperatures in the upper 70s. A warm front will move toward the area on Tuesday, leading to a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms and highs remaining in the upper 70s. Low pressure moving along this front will move through from Tuesday night through Wednesday, bringing showers and thunderstorms through the area. This will be a very powerful system that could bring significant rainfall and the possibility of isolated severe storms along with very windy conditions as it passes. Highs on Wednesday will still be in the mid to upper 70s, but temperatures will fall quickly when the cold front comes through.
After the low passes, very cool air will rush in behind the system. Skies will be clearing out on Thursday wi! th highs falling into the lower 60s. Skies will be partly sunny on Friday and highs will drop even further to unseasonably cool highs in the upper 50s to near 60.
Next weekend looks dry and we will see a slow warming trend with highs returning to the upper 60s by Sunday.
