Tonight will be partly cloudy and seasonably cold. Temperatures will fall into the lower 30s by early Thursday morning. Thursday will be mostly cloudy and cool again with highs in the upper 40s. There is a chance for a few light showers or sprinkles late in the day. Any light rain showers will change to flurries Thursday night as temperatures fall into the lower 30s.
Flurries will come to an end in the morning on Halloween Friday, with some afternoon clearing possible. Halloween will be a very windy and cold day with highs only near 40 degrees. Wind chills will be in the 20s. Temperatures will drop quickly Friday evening. Trick-or-Treaters will need to dress warmly with temperatures falling into the middle 30s in the evening along with continued breezy winds.
This weekend, high pressure will be directly over southern Wisconsin on Saturday. It will be sunny and chilly with low temperatures Saturday morning in the lower 20s, while after! noon temperatures will only climb to the lower 40s. As the high moves to the east on Sunday, partly sunny skies and increasing southerly winds will boost high temperatures back to near 50 degrees.
Monday will become mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers developing in the afternoon. Highs will reach the lower 50s. Showers will gradually end on Tuesday with some afternoon clearing possible; highs will only reach the middle 40s. Wednesday will be dry and breezy with highs in the upper 40s. A chance for rain and snow showers will develop Wednesday night.
