Temperatures will drop quickly this evening. Trick-or-Treaters will need to dress warmly with temperatures falling through the 30s and wind chills in the 20s. Tonight, with clear skies and lighter winds, temperatures will drop into the lower 20s for lows.
This weekend, high pressure will be directly over southern Wisconsin on Saturday. This means mostly sunny skies, but it will still be chilly, with highs in the mid 40s. As the high moves to the east on Sunday, partly sunny skies and increasing southerly winds will boost high temperatures back into the lower to middle 50s.
Monday will become mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers developing in the afternoon or evening. High temperatures will be mild as they reach the upper 50s. After the cold front passes, showers will end on Tuesday. Some clearing will be possible Tuesday afternoon with highs around 50 degrees and temperatures falling. Clouds will increase again on Wednesday as mo! re showers develop late in the day or overnight, with some snow possibly mixing in during the overnight hours. Highs will be near 50 again.
Any showers will end early Thursday, then it will become partly sunny, breezy and cool with highs in the mid 40s. Friday looks pleasant with partly sunny skies and highs back near 50.
Another system will move in for Saturday, leading to scattered showers that will end overnight, with Sunday being partly sunny in the wake of the front. Highs both weekend days will be in the upper 40s.
