A large and slow-moving storm system will slowly move through the central Midwest over the next couple of days. Southern Wisconsin will be on the northern portion of the storm, with brisk winds and occasional rain that will become more showery with time.
Today will be mostly cloudy and increasingly windy with occasional rain; temperatures will fall to the middle and upper 50s this morning and remain steady throughout the rest of the day. Tonight and Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with the showers becoming more scattered in nature. High temperatures on Wednesday will reach the upper 50s.
As the storm moves away to the east, skies will become partly sunny for Thursday and Friday, allowing high temperatures to climb to the lower 60s. There is still a slight chance for a shower on Thursday, although it's possible that it could stay dry.
Temperatures will be a little cooler for the weekend, although still staying within a! couple of degrees from normal. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday of next week will be partly sunny with highs reaching the middle 50s. Low temperatures will fall back into the middle 30s.
