Today will be variably cloudy, breezy, and much cooler. High temperatures will be in the upper 50s this morning, but temperatures will hold steady or fall through the 50s in the afternoon. Tonight will be partly cloudy and colder with low temperatures falling to the middle 30s by morning.
High pressure will return on Wednesday with partly sunny skies and high temperatures near 50 degrees. Thursday will be variably cloudy and seasonably cool with highs in the middle 50s. A cold front passing through the area on Thursday night will bring a chance for sprinkles or flurries to southern Wisconsin.
On Friday, our Halloween will be partly sunny, but it will be breezy and quite chilly behind the front with highs only in the middle 40s. As skies clear at night, temperatures will drop quickly after dark, meaning that Trick-or-Treaters will need to dress warmly as temperatures fall into the upper 30s in the evening.
This weekend, hig! h pressure will be directly over southern Wisconsin on Saturday. It will be sunny and chilly, with low temperatures Saturday morning falling into the 20s, while afternoon temperatures only climb to the upper 40s. As the high moves to the east on Sunday, increasing southerly winds will boost high temperatures back into the lower 50s. Skies will be partly sunny, and while there is a slight chance for a shower during the day, skies will turn mostly cloudy and a better chance for showers arrives Sunday night as moisture heads back into the central Midwest.
Monday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with occasional showers becoming likely; high temperatures will be in the lower 50s.
