A lunar eclipse will take place early this morning. The partial eclipse will begin at 4:15 a.m. CDT. The total eclipse begins at 5:25 a.m. and ends at 6:24 a.m. The moon will set at 7:11 a.m., before the eclipse is complete.
Look for mostly sunny skies and an increase in the winds with high temperatures in the upper 50s. West winds will gust to 30 mph at times. A system passing to our south tonight may bring a few more clouds to southern Wisconsin, and a slight chance for a shower. Thursday will become partly sunny with highs in the upper 50s. Patchy frost is possible Thursday night as temperatures fall into the middle 30s. Friday will be mostly sunny and seasonably cool with high temperatures in the upper 50s. Frost is likely on Friday night as temperatures fall to the lower and middle 30s.
Temperatures will be near-normal over the weekend. Saturday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures near 60 degrees. As a low pressure syste! m heads toward the Midwest by Sunday afternoon, clouds will increase and there will be a chance for showers in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the lower 60s.
Monday will be variably cloudy with a chance for showers with high temperatures in the middle 60s. Tuesday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers; an isolated thunderstorm is possible. High temperatures will be in the lower to middle 60s.
