Thursday will be mostly cloudy and cool again with highs in the upper 40s. There is a chance for a rain shower late in the day. Any light rain showers will change to flurries Thursday night as temperatures fall into the lower 30s. Winds will increase as a cold front moves southward through Wisconsin.
Flurries will come to an end in the morning on Halloween Friday, with some afternoon clearing possible. Halloween will be a windy and cold day with highs only near 40 degrees. Temperatures will drop quickly Friday evening. Trick-or-Treaters will need to dress warmly with temperatures falling into the middle 30s in the evening, although winds should slowly diminish late in the day into Friday evening.
This weekend, high pressure will be directly over sout! hern Wisconsin on Saturday. It will be sunny and chilly with low temperatures Saturday morning in the lower 20s, while afternoon temperatures will only climb to the lower 40s. As the high moves to the east on Sunday, partly sunny skies and increasing southerly winds will boost high temperatures back to near 50 degrees.
Monday will become mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers developing in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the lower 50s. After a cold front passes, showers will gradually end on Tuesday with some afternoon clearing possible; high temperatures will only reach the middle 40s. Skies will become increasingly cloudy again on Wednesday as yet another weather system moves toward Wisconsin. It will become breezy in the afternoon with high temperatures in the upper 40s. A chance for rain and snow showers will develop Wednesday night.
