As an area of low pressure moves near Wisconsin tonight, skies will become mostly cloudy, and it will be breezy and milder. Lows will occur early in the night, with temperatures rising near freezing by morning. Freezing drizzle and light freezing rain will move in tonight, but should change to drizzle or light rain early on Saturday as temperatures warm into the lower to middle 40s by Saturday afternoon. Fog will be possible Saturday night with warmer temperatures near 40 and plenty of moisture. Mild air will linger across southern Wisconsin Sunday with rain becoming likely, especially in the afternoon. High temperatures will be near 50.
On Monday, mostly cloudy, windy, and colder weather will move into Wisconsin on the back side of the departing low pressure system, with light rain showers mixing with and then changing to light snow and flurries. Temperatures will top out in the middle 30s early on Monday, then fall through the 30s during the d! ay. Some minor snow accumulation is possible from late Monday into Monday night.
Flurries will end early Tuesday, and skies will gradually become partly sunny, but high temperatures will fall back near 30. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with light snow showers and some light accumulation possible as well as highs in the mid to upper 20s.
It will be partly sunny and still unseasonably cold on Thanksgiving as highs will dip back into the lower 20s briefly. Heading into next weekend, temperatures will moderate again, getting into the mid 30s on Friday and near 40 Saturday and Sunday with partly sunny skies Friday and Saturday and a chance of rain and snow Sunday.
