High pressure building into the region will produce partly cloudy skies tonight, but also some very cold temperatures. The mercury will dip into the single digits by early Monday morning with wind chills as cold as the single digits below zero. Monday will be mostly sunny and quite cold with high temperatures only reaching the middle teens.
Tuesday won't be nearly as cold with partly sunny skies and temperatures reaching highs in the upper 20s. Wednesday will be partly sunny with high temperatures in the lower 30s.
A weak weather system will pass to the south on Thursday, with the chance for a few flurries in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the upper 20s.
Quiet weather is expected from the end of the work week into the weekend. Skies will become partly sunny Friday with highs in the middle 30s. Saturday will be partly sunny with highs reaching the upper 30s. Clouds will increase Sunday with precipitation arriving! at night. Highs on Sunday will remain mild in the upper 30s.
