Skies will be mostly cloudy today, and it will be milder. As temperatures slowly rise, freezing rain will end, although a little drizzle is possible during the day. High temperatures will reach the middle 40s. Fog and drizzle will be possible tonight with warmer temperatures dropping only to near 40 degrees. Mild air will linger across southern Wisconsin on Sunday. As a storm system lifts through Wisconsin, skies will remain mostly cloudy with rain developing, especially in the afternoon. High temperatures will be near 50.
As a cold front sweeps through southern Wisconsin on Sunday night, rain may mix with snow toward morning for areas west of Madison. On Monday, mostly cloudy, windy, and colder weather will move into Wisconsin on the back side of the departing low pressure system, with light rain showers mixing with and then changing to light snow and flurries. Temperatures will top out in the middle 30s early on Monday, and then fall through th! e 30s during the day. Some minor snow accumulation is possible from late Monday into Monday night.
Flurries will end early Tuesday, and skies will gradually become partly sunny, but high temperatures will fall back near 30 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and colder with snow showers and flurries as high temperatures only reach the middle 20s.
It will be partly sunny and still unseasonably cold on Thanksgiving as high temperatures fall back into the lower 20s. Heading into next weekend, temperatures will moderate again, rising into the middle 30s on Friday and near 40 degrees for both Saturday and Sunday. Friday will be variably cloudy with a slight chance for flurries or freezing drizzle, but Saturday will be partly sunny. Sunday will be mostly cloudy with a chance for rain and snow.
