Today will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and not as cold with light snow this morning mixing with freezing drizzle later in the day. Snow accumulations will range from a couple tenths of an inch in southwest Wisconsin to up to an inch and a half in areas northeast of Madison. High temperatures will be near 30.
Milder air will continue to move into Wisconsin on Saturday, with mostly cloudy skies and temperatures climbing into the lower to middle 40s for high temperatures. Areas of fog and drizzle are possible, especially in the morning. A cold front will sweep through the area on Sunday, but it will pass by with only a few flurries at most. High temperatures will reach the upper 30s on Sunday morning, before temperatures fall through the 30s in the afternoon.
Monday will be mostly sunny and colder with high temperatures in the lower to middle 20s. Tuesday won't be as cold with partly sunny skies and high temperatures in the lower to middle 30s.! Wednesday will be a little colder with partly sunny skies and high temperatures closer to 30.
Our next system will move into the area on Thursday, leading to warming temperatures and a chance of rain and snow. Highs will reach the mid 30s. Friday may start with a few flurries, but then things dry out and highs top out near 40.
