Tonight will be mostly cloudy and cold with scattered snow showers and flurries are possible as a weak wave of low pressure passes through Wisconsin. Temperatures will fall to the lower 20s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the upper teens by morning.

Thursday will be variably cloudy and continued unseasonably cold with a chance for flurries; high temperatures will be in the upper 20s. Thursday night will become partly cloudy and quite cold with lows in the lower teens. On Friday, expect mostly sunny skies. Temperatures will remain unseasonably cold with high temperatures reaching the upper 20s.

Skies will become mostly cloudy on Saturday, with light snow developing in the afternoon. Minor snow accumulations of 1-2" will be possible through Saturday night. Any flurries will end early on Sunday. High temperatures for both Saturday and Sunday will reach the upper 20s, well below normal the high temperatures that sh! ould be in the middle 40s.

A reinforcing shot of cold air will arrive on Monday, with mostly cloudy skies, brisk northerly winds, scattered flurries, and even colder high temperatures in the middle 20s. As skies turn partly cloudy on Monday night, low temperatures will dip to the upper single digits with wind chills possibly dropping below zero at times. On Tuesday, skies will be partly sunny, and it will remain breezy and cold with high temperatures in the middle 20s.

As high pressure moves to the east from Tuesday night into Wednesday, brisk southwesterly winds will finally cause temperatures to moderate a little, although they will still remain below normal. High temperatures will finally return to the middle 30s.
