Colder air will continue moving through southern Wisconsin in the wake of a departing storm system. Skies will start out mostly cloudy, but the clouds will begin to break up late today. Temperatures will climb to the upper 20s this afternoon.
The weather will remain quiet for the rest of the week through the weekend. Skies will be partly sunny and high temperatures will reach the lower to middle 30s from Thursday through Sunday.
Skies will become mostly cloudy on Monday with rain and snow showers developing late in the day or at night. High temperatures will be a bit milder, reaching the upper 30s. The rain/snow mix will change to light snow on Tuesday, and some minor accumulations are possible. High temperatures will start out in the middle 30s, but will fall to the upper 20s in the afternoon.
On Christmas Eve Day it will be cloudy, windy, and cold with snow showers and flurries; high temperatures will reach the middle t! o upper 20s. Chirtsmas Day will be variably cloudy and seasonably cold with high temperatures in the upper 20s. There is a chance of snow on Christmas Day night.
