Skies will be mostly clear this evening, and it will be very cold with temperatures falling to around zero by late evening. Overnight, skies will become mostly cloudy, and temperatures will hold steady, or slowly rise through the single digits.
On Wednesday, skies will be mostly cloudy in the morning with a slight chance for flurries. It will become partly sunny in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the lower 20s.
A gradual moderation in temperatures will continue from Thursday through Saturday with partly sunny skies each day. High temperatures will reach the upper 20s on Thursday, the lower to middle 30s on Friday, and in the middle to upper 30s on Saturday. A cold front will move through late in the day on Saturday, which could generate a few flurries Saturday night and will drop high temperatures back into the middle 20s on Sunday, which is near average for mid-January. Skies will remain partly sunny on Sunday, and it wil! l be breezy.
Monday will be partly sunny, breezy and still seasonably cold with high temperatures in the upper 20s. A weather system will arrive from later Monday night into Tuesday with mostly cloudy skies and light snow. It will remain breezy on Tuesday with high temperatures near 30.
