This afternoon will be mostly sunny and still cold with highs near 20. Skies will become mostly cloudy tonight, and lows will drop into the lower single digits by midnight, but hold steady or rise through the night once the clouds move in. On Wednesday, expect variably cloudy skies and a chance of flurries early, then clearing skies in the afternoon and highs in the lower 20s.
A gradual moderation in temperatures will continue from Thursday through Saturday with partly sunny skies each day. High temperatures will reach the upper 20s on Thursday, the lower to middle 30s on Friday, and in the middle to upper 30s on Saturday. A cold front will move through late in the day on Saturday, which could generate a few flurries Saturday night and will push high temperatures back to around 30 degrees on Sunday, which is still a few degrees above normal.
Monday and Tuesday will be variably cloudy with chances of snow showers and flurries both days due ! to a couple of weak waves moving through the area. The timing and location of these is still uncertain at this time. Highs should remain near 30. Wednesday will be variably cloudy and seasonably cold with highs in the mid 20s.
