Expect mostly cloudy skies this afternoon, along with patchy flurries, freezing drizzle, and drizzle. High temperatures will be in the lower 30s. Tonight, skies will be mostly cloudy, and it will become windy and turn colder. Occasional snow will develop, with 1-4" possible by morning, with some blowing snow possible. Low temperatures will fall to the middle teens.

The storm will head east on Sunday, with windy and much colder weather following in its wake. Snow will taper to flurries early in the day and come to an end. Some clearing is possible by the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the middle teens early, but temperatures will fall into the single digits during the day.

Bitterly cold air will arrive Sunday night with low temperatures falling well below zero, and wind chills dropping to as low as -30 by early Monday morning. Monday will be partly sunny and bitterly cold with highs in the middle single digits. Snow will develop aga! in Monday night and continue into Tuesday before tapering to flurries. Some accumulation is likely. Skies will clear a bit on Tuesday afternoon, but it will be windy and highs will only be near 10 degrees.

The coldest air of the season may arrive Tuesday night. Temperatures will nosedive to -10 or colder, with wind chills as cold as -35 by early Wednesday morning. Wednesday will be mostly sunny, but still windy and bitterly cold with high temperatures only reaching the middle single digits and wind chills as cold as -25 even during the afternoon.

Thursday will be partly sunny, breezy and cold with highs in the lower teens and a slight chance of some flurries late in the day. Friday will be partly sunny and not quite as cold with highs in the middle teens. Another chance of snow showers will develop later Saturday with highs topping out near 20.
