It will be partly cloudy and colder this evening with a slight chance for flurries around midnight as temperatures fall into the middle teens. Skies will become mostly clear overnight with brisk winds and much colder temperatures falling to the lower single digits, with wind chills as cold as -10 to -20 by early Thursday morning.
Thursday will be mostly sunny, breezy, and very cold with high temperatures only reaching the lower teens. Winds will gradually decrease Thursday afternoon. Skies will become mostly cloudy on Thursday night, with a chance for flurries late. Low temperatures will fall into the lower single digits. Friday will be mostly cloudy with a chance for flurries. It won't be quite as cold with highs near 20.
Another shot of very cold weather will arrive early in the weekend. A cold front will sweep through southern Wisconsin Saturday morning with partly sunny skies, windy conditions, and bitterly cold temperatures. Highs wi! ll only reach the middle single digits in the morning, before temperatures fall Saturday afternoon. Wind chills will be as cold as -10 to -25 in the morning, and -5 to -20 in the afternoon. Temperatures will be bitterly cold Saturday night, falling near -10 by early Sunday morning. Wind chills will be as cold as -15 to -25 through the night. Skies on Sunday will be partly sunny and it will remain very cold; high temperatures will be in the lower teens. Skies will become mostly cloudy on Sunday night with a slight chance for flurries developing.
Partly sunny skies on Monday morning will become mostly cloudy in the afternoon with a chance for light snow late in the day or at night. High temperatures will be in the lower 20s.
The cold returns in full force by Tuesday with strong winds and high temperaturess in the middle teens early, before temperatures fall during the day. Light snow will end, and skies will become partly sunny in the afternoon. Wednesday wil! l be partly sunny, breezy, and bitterly cold with low temperatures bel ow zero and high temperatures in the lower teens.
