Tonight will be mostly clear and bitterly cold. Temperatures will fall to the middle single digits below zero by late evening with wind chills from -10 to -25; overnight low temperatures will fall to near -10 with wind chills from -20 to -30 by morning.

Thursday will be mostly sunny, but it will remain bitterly cold. High temperatures will only climb to the lower single digits above zero, but wind chill will remain from -5 to -20 through the day. Temperatures will fall to near -10 again Thursday night with wind chills from -10 to -20 by morning.

Skies will be mostly cloudy Friday with light snow accumulations of an inch or two. High temperatures will reach the middle teens. Milder air will move in Friday night with temperatures holding in the middle teens or slowly rising overnight. 

Saturday will be mostly cloudy and not as cold with any flurries ending early. Saturday will be the warmest day of the week with high temperatures reaching t! he middle 20s. Another chance for snow will develop later Saturday afternoon into Saturday night as a low pressure system passes south of Wisconsin. By Sunday, arctic air will flood back into the area. Any flurries will end early Sunday and it will become partly sunny, windy, and much colder. High temperatures will reach the middle teens Sunday morning, before temperatures slowly fall into the single digits in the afternoon. Wind chills will dip below zero Sunday afternoon. Skies will become mostly clear on Sunday night as bitterly cold air returns. Low temperatures will fall to around -7, with wind chills falling to -10 to -20 by early Monday morning.

Monday will be partly sunny and very cold with high temperatures reaching the middle teens. Temperatures will be near 20 degrees early Tuesday, before temperatures fall through the teens in the afternoon. Snow showers are possible during the day on Tuesday, before skies become clear Tuesday night. Wednesday will be bitt! erly cold with lows below zero and wind chills as cold as -25 at times . Highs temperatures will reach the upper single digits.

SATURDAY:Mostly cloudy and not as cold with flurries ending; a chance for snow late in the day or at night.
Low: 14; temperatures nearly steady/slowly rising overnight

Flurries ending early, otherwise becoming partly sunny, windy, and much colder (becoming mostly clear and bitterly cold at night).

Partly sunny and very cold (becoming mostly cloudy and windy at night).
