Monday will be partly sunny and very cold with high temperatures reaching the middle teens. It will become mostly cloudy and windy on Monday night as a storm system approaches from the west, causing temperatures to hold steady or slowly rise overnight. It will be mostly cloudy and windy with high temperatures near 20 degrees by midday Tuesday, before temperatures fall through the teens in the afternoon. Skies will clear and it will become bitterly cold on Tuesday night, with low temperatures falling below zero and wind chills dropping to as co! ld as -15 to -25 at times. Wednesday will be partly sunny and bitterly cold again. Highs temperatures will only reach the upper single digits, while wind chills remain below zero.
