Overnight low temperatures will fall to the middle single digits below zero, with wind chills as cold as -10 to -20 by morning.
Thursday will be mostly sunny and unseasonably cold again with high temperatures reaching the middle to upper teens.
Temperatures will moderate on Friday, with partly sunny skies and breezy southwesterly winds pushing high temperatures into the lower 30s.
