Mostly cloudy skies today and seasonably mild temperatures. Highs will reach the lower 50s this afternoon with a light southeasterly breeze. Clouds will hang around tonight with lows in the middle 30s. There is a slight chance for a shower along the WI/IL border, but the best chance for rain will remain to our south.
On Friday, skies will become partly sunny and it will be mild with high temperatures reaching the middle to upper 50s. Spring officially begins Friday at 5:45 PM CDT.
Saturday will be partly sunny and not quite as mild with high temperatures in the upper 40s. A cold front will move through southern Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon. As a result, Sunday will be partly sunny and colder with high temperatures in the lower 40s.
A weak weather system will pass to the southwest of Wisconsin on Sunday night into Monday morning, bringing a chance for snow showers or flurries. Any flurries will end early on Monday with skies ! becoming partly sunny in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the lower to middle 40s on Monday.
Skies will be variably cloudy on Tuesday as a warm front moves through Wisconsin. High temperatures will reach the upper 40s with a slight chance for a rain shower. A storm system will move through Wisconsin on Wednesday, bringing mostly cloudy, windy, and mild weather along with welcome rain showers. High temperatures will reach the lower 50s.
