Mostly cloudy skies this afternoon and seasonably mild temperatures. Highs will be near 50 this afternoon with a light southeasterly breeze. Clouds will hang around tonight with lows in the lower to middle 30s.
On Friday, skies will become partly sunny and it will be mild with high temperatures reaching the middle to upper 50s. Spring officially begins Friday at 5:45 PM CDT.
Saturday will be partly sunny and not quite as mild with high temperatures back near 50. A cold front will move through southern Wisconsin on Saturday afternoon. As a result, Sunday will be increasingly cloudy and colder with high temperatures in the lower 40s. Light snow or rain/snow mix will develop late in the day or overnight.
A weak weather system will pass to the southwest of Wisconsin on Sunday night into Monday morning, bringing a chance for snow showers or flurries. Any flurries will end early on Monday with some clearing possible in the afternoon. Hi! gh temperatures will be near 40 on Monday.
Skies will become mostly cloudy on Tuesday as a warm front moves through Wisconsin. High temperatures will be near 50 with rain showers developing late in the day or overnight. A storm system will move through Wisconsin on Wednesday, bringing cloudy, windy, and mild weather along with welcome rain showers. High temperatures will reach the middle 50s.
After the system passes, Thursday will be variably cloudy, breezy and cooler with a slight chance of isolated flurries or drizzle and highs in the lower 40s. Friday will be partly sunny with highs in the mid to upper 40s.
