Skies will become mostly cloudy this afternoon with rain showers developing by this evening. High temperatures won't be as cold, climbing to the lower 40s by late afternoon.
Tonight will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and not as cold with occasional rain. The rain will be mixed with sleet, snow and freezing rain in our far northern counties, with snow and sleet accumulations of 1-2" possible. Rain and mixed precipitation will come to an end Wednesday morning, but there will still be a chance of a few isolated showers during the day. It will be a little milder with high temperatures in the mid to upper 40s.
Colder air will settle across the area for the rest of the work week. Thursday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and colder with a chance of drizzle or flurries and highs in the upper 30s. Friday will be mostly sunny and cold with high temperatures near 30.
Milder weather should return over the weekend. Saturday will be partly sunny and beco! ming breezy with high temperatures reaching the lower 40s. It will become mostly cloudy, windy, and milder with rain showers developing on Saturday night. Sunday will be mostly cloudy, breezy, and milder with scattered rain showers. High temperatures will be near 50 degrees.
Monday will be partly sunny and seasonably cool with highs again near 50. Tuesday will be partly sunny and milder with highs reaching the middle 50s. Another rain system will move in on Wednesday and highs will remain in the mid 50s.
