An area of low pressure is situated to our northeast, with colder air spilling into Wisconsin behind it. It will be mostly cloudy and colder tonight with just a slight chance for a shower. Temperatures will fall into the middle 30s by early Tuesday morning.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, windy, and chilly as the low pressure system intensifies to our northeast. There is a chance for rain showers, which could be mixed with sleet. High temperatures will be in the upper 40s. As skies gradually turn partly cloudy late Tuesday night, low temperatures will fall to near freezing. 

Dry weather will return Wednesday, and should last through much of the weekend. Skies will be partly sunny Wednesday through Sunday. Chilly temperatures on Wednesday should moderate to near-normal by Monday of next week. High temperatures will be near 50 degrees on Wednesday and Thursday, in the middle 50s on Friday and Saturday, and in the upper 50s for Sunday and Monday. Low temperatures will mainly be between 30 and 35 degrees. A chance for rain will develop Sunday night through Monday morning.
