This afternoon will be partly sunny, windy and mild with highs in the upper 60s. A wave of low pressure will move south of Wisconsin tonight with a slight chance for showers, mainly toward morning and SE of Madison. Lows will drop to the lower 40s. Skies will become partly sunny Thursday with highs in the upper 60s again. Friday will be a little milder with partly sunny skies and a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms late in the day or at night. Highs will be in the lower 70s.
The weekend will begin with partly sunny skies. Highs on Saturday will be in the middle to upper 60s and it will become breezy. Sunday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms developing as a cold front moves in. Highs will be in the lower to middle 60s.
The low pressure system that passes by after the front will then stall to our northeast, leading to cooler temperatures and chances of isolated showers much of next week. Highs on Monday through Thursday will drop back into the lower 50s.
