Clouds will increase this afternoon and showers will begin to move into the area late today. High temperatures will be near 60 along the Wisconsin/Illinois border, but only in the lower 50s north of Wisconsin Dells. Showers will continue tonight with temperatures falling into the upper 30s. Areas of fog will develop overnight. Showers and isolated thunderstorms will continue Tuesday as a wave of low pressure builds in from the southwest. Tuesday will be windy and cooler with highs in the middle 40s. A few flakes of snow may mix with the rain late Tuesday night and early Wednesday. Any rain or snow showers will end early Wednesday with highs near 50 degrees. More rain showers will develop Wednesday night.
The end of the work week looks rather wet with showers and isolated thunderstorms on Thursday and Friday. Highs will reach the upper 50s each day.
The weather will settle down a bit for the weekend. Any showers will end Saturday with skies becoming partly sunny. Sunday will be partly sunny with a chance for showers at night. High temperatures will reach the upper 50s on Saturday, and the lower 60s on Sunday.
