Skies will be mostly cloudy this evening with a slight chance for a shower west of Madison as temperatures fall to the lower 60s by late evening. Overnight, skies will become partly cloudy and it will be milder with low temperatures in the middle to upper 40s.
The weekend will be even milder. Saturday will be partly sunny and very mild with high temperatures in the middle to upper 70s. it will be partly cloudy and milder for Saturday night with a slight chance for showers; low temperatures will only fall to the middle 50s. Sunday will be partly sunny, breezy, and very mild with a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms; high temperatures will be in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees.
Showers and thunderstorms will become likely Sunday night as a cold front pushes into Wisconsin. Monday will be mostly cloudy and not quite as mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms, especially in the morning as the cold front sags southward through Wisconsin. High temperatures will be in the lower 70s.
Skies will be variably cloudy and there will be a chance of showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday as the front remains close to Wisconsin. High temperatures will be near 70 degrees.
A low pressure system will begin to develop to our west on Wednesday, which will bring the front back north as a warm front. This will bring variably cloudy skies and a chance of showers and thunderstorms to the area on Wednesday and Thursday with high temperatures in the middle to upper 70s.
The low pressure system will move through Wisconsin on Thursday night with showers and thunderstorms becoming likely. Friday will be mostly cloudy and mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms gradually ending as the storm system moves to the east. High temperatures will be in the middle 70s.
The weather should be pleasant for next weekend. Saturday and Sunday will be partly sunny and pleasantly mild with highs in the lower 70s.
