Tonight will be variably cloudy, mild, and muggy with a slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm. Areas of fog will form overnight. Temperatures will fall to around 70 degrees by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the middle 60s by morning.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy and very mild with scattered showers and thunderstorms as a cold front approaches from the west. High temperatures will reach the upper 70s. 

Behind the front humidity levels will drop a little for Tuesday night, although fog may form again overnight. There still will be a slight chance for a shower or thunderstorm even into Wednesday, although skies will turn partly sunny. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees on Wednesday.

Thursday will be partly sunny and warm with high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s. Another chance for showers and thunderstorms will develop later Thursday night as a storm system affects Wisconsin into Friday. Skies will be mostly cloudy, and it will be breezy, warm, and more humid on Friday with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s. 

A cold front will move through Wisconsin on Friday night, and it will turn much cooler for the weekend with high temperatures in the middle 60s. Saturday will be mostly cloudy and breezy with rain and isolated thunderstorms, while Sunday will be variably cloudy with a chance for showers and isolated thunderstorms.

Monday will be partly sunny with high temperatures around 70 degrees; there still will be a chance for a shower or two.

NOTES:
The Storm Prediction Center says that there is a MARGINAL RISK of severe thunderstorms for tonight for southeastern Minnesota, all but far southeastern Iowa, and much of the southern two-thirds of Wisconsin (the severe weather threat area is south of a Minneapolis to Wausau to Marinette, MI line and north of a Monroe to Jefferson to Milwaukee line). There is also a SLIGHT RISK of severe thunderstorms for the western half of Iowa. Mild to warm and humid air is in place over the central Midwest. A few thunderstorms are expected tonight, with instability possibly leading to an isolated severe thunderstorm. Hail and high winds are the main threat. The severe weather threat will mainly be this evening.
