Areas of dense fog this morning as a warm front moves northward through the area.  There will still be a few widely scattered showers or an isolated thunderstorm this morning, but skies should begin to clear out this afternoon.  High temperatures will be near 70 degrees. Clouds will fill back into southern Wisconsin tonight with a chance for showers late in areas north of Madison. Low temperatures will fall into the upper 40s.

A trough of low pressure will slide through Wisconsin on the back side of the main low pressure system on Tuesday. It will be a mostly cloudy, windy, and chilly day with highs only reaching the middle 50s. There is a chance for showers, mainly in areas north of Madison. Skies will clear out behind this system, with patchy frost possible Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning. Wednesday will be mostly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures returning to near 60 degrees. 

The next system will build toward Wisconsin on Thursday with increasing clouds and a chance for showers and thunderstorms, mainly late in the day or at night. Highs will reach the middle 60s. Showers will come to an end Friday morning with skies becoming partly sunny. Friday will be a little milder with highs in the upper 60s.   

Shower and thunderstorms chances will return for the weekend. Saturday will be increasingly cloudy and breezy with showers and thunderstorms developing. Highs will reach the lower 70s. Showers and thunderstorms will continue Sunday with highs reaching the middle to upper 70s.
