It will be mostly cloudy this evening with any lingering showers and thunderstorms coming to an end as a cold front heads to the southeast into Illinois. Skies will become partly cloudy overnight with areas of fog possibly developing. Temperatures will fall to the middle 60s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the upper 50s by morning.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny and pleasantly mild with high temperatures in the upper 70s.
Wednesday will be mostly cloudy and mild with a slight chance for a shower. High temperatures will top out in the upper 70s. Showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday night. Any showers will end early on Thursday morning and skies will become partly sunny for the remainder of the day. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s. Friday will be partly sunny and warm with high temperatures near 80 degrees.
Showers and thunderstorms will develop from Friday night into Saturday as a warm front moves through the Midwest. Saturday will be variably cloudy, very warm, and humid as well with high temperatures in the middle 80s. A cold front will arrive Saturday night or Sunday morning. Sunday will be variably cloudy and humid, but not as warm with a chance for showers and thunderstorms; high temperatures will be in the upper 70s.
Dry weather will return for Monday will partly sunny skies. It will be pleasantly warm with high temperatures around 80 degrees.
