Friday will be mostly cloudy with a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms as a weak wave of low pressure moves through the Midwest; high temperatures will be in the middle 70s.
The first half of the weekend looks pleasant with partly sunny skies on Saturday and high temperatures in the upper 70s. Expect variably cloudy skies on Sunday with scattered showers and thunderstorms developing, mainly in the afternoon. High temperatures will reach the middle to upper 70s.
Monday will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms; high temperatures will be in the middle 70s. Skies will be partly sunny Tuesday with just a slight chance for an afternoon shower or thunderstorm; high temperatures will be in the upper 70s to around 80 degrees. Wednesday will be partly sunny and warm with high temperatures near 80 degrees.
Another storm system will move in for Wednesday night and Thursday, bringing mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers and thunderstorms back to the area. High temperatures on Thursday will be near 80 degrees again. It will be partly sunny on Friday with high temperatures staying near 80 degrees.
For the Fourth of July weekend, Saturday will be partly sunny, warm and more humid with high temperatures in the lower 80s. Sunday will remain warm and humid with variably cloudy skies and scattered showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will still be in the lower 80s.
