As a cold front approaches from the northwest, skies will be mostly cloudy tonight with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms developing. Temperatures will fall to the upper 60s by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the lower 60s by morning.
Thursday will be variably cloudy, warm, and more humid with a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will reach the lower to middle 80s. A slight chance for showers and thunderstorms will continue Thursday night with temperatures falling to the lower 60s as the cold front passes through southern Wisconsin. As the cold front passes to the south of Wisconsin, any showers will come to an end. Some clearing will be possible Friday afternoon with high temperatures dropping back to the middle 70s.
Skies will be partly sunny on Saturday with high temperatures in the upper 70s. A storm system will bring shower and thunderstorms chances back to southern Wisconsin from late Saturday night through Sunday. High temperatures on Sunday will be in the middle 70s as skies stay mostly cloudy.
High pressure will return to the Midwest Monday through Wednesday of next week. Skies will be partly sunny on Monday and Tuesday, and mostly sunny on Wednesday. It will be warm, but not too humid as high temperatures reach the lower 80s.
