High pressure over the Great Lakes region will keep southern Wisconsin's weather quiet tonight. Skies will be partly cloudy, and it will be mild and muggy. Some patchy fog may develop in low-lying areas overnight. Temperatures will fall into the middle 60s by early Tuesday morning.

Tuesday will be variably cloudy, very warm, and humid with high temperatures in the middle 80s and heat index values in the upper 80s to middle 90s. Showers and thunderstorms out to our west tonight may decay and push into Wisconsin on Tuesday, especially late in the morning and into the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms will become more numerous Tuesday night as a cold front moves in from the west.

Behind the cold front, Wednesday will become mostly sunny and less humid with highs reaching the lower 80s.

Thursday will be mostly sunny and warm, with high temperatures in the middle 80s. Friday will be partly sunny and continued warm with highs in the middle 80s.

Saturday will be partly sunny, very warm, and more humid with highs in the middle 80s, and heat index values reaching the upper 80s to lower 90s. A cold front moving through the region will cause showers and thunderstorms to develop Saturday night. Any showers will end early Sunday, and it will become partly sunny and less humid behind the front. Highs will reach the lower 80s 80s. Monday will be partly sunny and pleasant with highs in the lower 80s.
