Today will be variably cloudy, very warm, and humid with high temperatures in the middle and upper 80s and heat index values in the upper 80s to middle 90s. Showers and thunderstorms out to our west early this morning may hold together long enough to push into Wisconsin, especially late in the morning and into the afternoon. Showers and thunderstorms will become more numerous tonight as a cold front moves in from the west.
Behind the cold front, Wednesday will become mostly sunny and less humid with highs reaching the lower 80s.
Thursday will be mostly sunny and warm, with high temperatures in the middle 80s. Friday will be partly sunny and continued warm with highs in the middle 80s.
Saturday will be partly sunny, very warm, and more humid with highs in the middle 80s, and heat index values reaching the upper 80s to lower 90s. A cold front moving through the region will cause showers and thunderstorms to develop Saturday night. Any showers will end early Sunday, and it will become partly sunny and less humid behind the front. Highs will reach the lower 80s. Monday will be partly sunny and pleasant with highs in the lower 80s.
