This afternoon will be mostly sunny, although it will be a hazy sunshine due to smoke overhead from Alaskan and Canadian wildfires. High temperatures will be in the middle 70s.

Tonight will be mostly clear and cool again, with some patchy fog possible late. Temperatures will fall to near 60 degrees by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the lower 50s by morning.

The weather through the Fourth of July weekend will be pleasant with sunshine and steadily increasing temperatures. Friday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures in the lower 80s. On Saturday the Fourth, it will be mostly sunny and quite warm with high temperatures in the middle 80s. Sunday will be partly sunny, and it will become breezy, very warm, and more humid with high temperatures remaining in the middle 80s.

A storm system will move through the Midwest on Monday. A cold front will reach Wisconsin on Monday afternoon, and pass through the state on Monday night. Skies on Monday will become increasingly cloudy, and it will be very warm and humid with scattered showers and thunderstorms developing, mainly in the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the middle 80s.

Any showers and thunderstorms will come to an end early Tuesday as the cold front moves east. The remainder of Tuesday will be partly sunny and warm, but it will be less humid with high temperatures near 80 degrees. Wednesday will be mostly sunny and pleasant with high temperatures also remaining near 80 degrees.

Thursday will be partly sunny and warm as well, with high temperatures reaching the lower to middle 80s. On Friday, an approaching storm system and cold front will bring variably cloudy skies, warm, and more humid weather with scattered showers and thunderstorms. High temperatures will be in the lower 80s.
