Any lingering showers (mainly southeast of Madison) will end early this evening, with partly cloudy skies for the remainder of the night. Some areas of fog may develop toward morning. It will be cooler and less humid with temperatures falling around 70 degrees by late evening; overnight low temperatures will fall to the upper 50s by morning.
Tuesday will be mostly sunny and pleasantly warm; high temperatures will be in the lower 80s. Wednesday will be mostly sunny and continued warm with high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s.
Thursday will be partly sunny, and will be turning breezy, warm, and more humid. A weak weather disturbance will pass through Wisconsin on Thursday, bringing a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms. Friday and Saturday will be dry with partly sunny skies, and very warm and humid conditions. Saturday will be partly sunny, breezy, very warm, and humid with a chance for mainly afternoon showers and thunderstorms as a cold front moves through Wisconsin. High temperatures will reach the upper 80s from Thursday through Sunday, with heat index values in the upper 80s to the lower 90s.
High pressure will settle across the region early next week with partly sunny skies on Monday, but less humidity. It still will be very warm with high temperatures in the middle 80s.
