A cold front will continue to slide southeast tonight with a continued chance for showers and a few thunderstorms, mainly this evening. Areas of fog will develop overnight, and temperatures will fall into the lower to middle 60s by early Tuesday morning. 

The cold front will stall across northern Illinois on Tuesday, and head back northward as a warm front on Tuesday night as low pressure develops to our southwest. Skies will be variably cloudy, and while it will be humid, it won't be as warm. There will be a continued chance for showers and thunderstorms Tuesday, especially in the afternoon and at night. High temperatures will reach the upper 70s.

On Wednesday, a cold front will sweep through southern Wisconsin early in the day as the low pressure system moves to the northeast of Wisconsin. Skies will be mostly cloudy, but scattered showers and thunderstorms should end with the passage of the cold front. Behind the front, skies will be variably cloudy, and it will be windy, cooler, and less humid with highs only reaching the lower 70s.

High pressure will build across the region Thursday and Friday. Skies will be partly sunny and it will be pleasant with low humidity. High temperatures will be in the middle 70s Thursday, and in the lower 80s Friday.

Saturday will be partly sunny, breezy, very warm, and more humid with high temperatures in the middle to upper 80s with heat index values reaching the 90s. A cold front will move through Wisconsin later Saturday night into Sunday, bringing scattered showers and thunderstorms to the southern part of the state. Highs will be near 80 on Sunday. Behind the front, Monday will be partly sunny and pleasant with highs in the upper 70s.
