There will be a continued chance for showers and thunderstorms today as an area of low pressure and a cold front track through Wisconsin. Right now it looks like not everyone will see the rain, because there will be plenty of dry air in place across southern Wisconsin. The rain will need to overcome that dry air before it can reach the ground. Highs today will be near 80 with a bit more humidity. Any showers and thunderstorms will diminish tonight with patchy fog developing overnight. Lows will be in the middle 60s.
Saturday will be variably cloudy, continued warm, and humid with highs in the lower to middle 80s. On Sunday, it will be warm and humid with a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms developing. Highs will reach the lower 80s.
Any lingering showers and thunderstorms will come to an end early Monday, followed by clearing skies. Highs on Monday will reach the lower 80s. High pressure will build into the region Tuesday and Wednesday, leading to mostly sunny skies with highs around 80 degrees. Thursday will be partly sunny and warm with highs in the middle 80s. Friday will be partly sunny, warm, and more humid with a slight chance for showers and thunderstorms. Highs will again reach the middle 80s.
