High pressure building across the region will allow for continued quiet weather for the next couple of days. This afternoon will be mostly sunny and pleasant with highs near 80 degrees. Tonight will be mostly clear with low temperatures again in the middle 50s. Wednesday will be partly sunny with highs in the low 80s.
A slow moving wave of low pressure will slide through the Midwest Thursday and Friday. It will be variably cloudy, warm and a bit more humid on Thursday with a very slight chance of showers and thunderstorms and highs in the lower 80s. Better chances of showers and thunderstorms will move in Thursday night and Friday. Friday will be warm and humid with highs near 80.
Temperatures should be seasonably mild again for the weekend. Saturday will be partly sunny, warm and humid with highs in the mid 80s. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms will develop on Sunday with highs remaining in the mid 80s and humid conditions remaining as well.
Early next week, a chance of showers and thunderstorms will linger for Monday, then skies will become mostly sunny for Tuesday and Wednesday. Highs will be near 80 all three days.
