An area of low pressure to our southeast and a cold front to our northwest will keep some clouds across southern Wisconsin tonight. There should be a few holes in the clouds, hopefully allowing us to catch at least part of tonight's supermoon total lunar eclipse. Skies will be variably cloudy and some areas of fog may develop. Temperatures will fall to around 60 degrees by early Monday morning.
Monday will be partly sunny and very mild with high temperatures in the upper 70s. Showers will develop late in the day and at night as a cold front slides southeast into southern Wisconsin.
The cold front will continue to move southeastward Tuesday, with showers coming to an end early in the day. Skies will become partly sunny for the rest of Tuesday with much cooler temperatures in the middle 60s.
High pressure will build across the region Wednesday through Friday with mostly to partly sunny skies and highs in the lower to middle 60s.
Saturday will be partly sunny and seasonal with highs in the middle 60s. A weak wave of low pressure will attempt to build into southern Wisconsin Sunday, bringing a slight chance for a shower to the area. Otherwise, skies will be partly sunny with highs around 60 degrees.
