A surge of warmer air will begin to move into the Midwest today. This afternoon will be mostly sunny, windy, and milder. High temperatures will reach the upper 70s to near 80 degrees.
Tonight will be partly cloudy and milder. Temperatures will fall to near 70 degrees by 10 PM; overnight low temperatures will fall to the lower to middle 60s by morning.
Tuesday and Wednesday will be partly sunny, windy, and warm with high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s. Low temperatures will be mild as well, falling only to the middle 60s.
A cold front will approach Wisconsin on Thursday. Ahead of the front, skies will be partly sunny, and it will still be windy and warm, with high temperatures in the lower 80s. There will be a chance for showers and thunderstorms, mainly late in the day into Thursday night and Friday. Friday won't be quite as warm, with variably cloudy skies, and high temperatures in the middle to upper 70s.
As the cold front moves east of Wisconsin on Friday night, the threat for rain will end. This will set up another pleasant weekend, with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures in the middle 70s.
The nice weather will continue into early next week. Monday will be mostly sunny with high temperatures in the middle to upper 70s. Tuesday will be partly sunny and breezy with high temperatures around 80 degrees.
