It will be partly cloudy, warm and muggy tonight with areas of fog likely again and lows in the mid to upper 60s. Friday will be partly sunny, very warm and humid again with highs in the upper 80s, heat index values in the lower 90s and a slight chance of an isolated thundershower.
Well above-normal temperatures will persist into the Labor Day weekend. Saturday and Sunday will be partly sunny, very warm to hot, and humid with high temperatures near 90 degrees and heat index values in the lower to middle 90s. As a cold front approaches from the northwest, a chance for showers and thunderstorms will develop from late Sunday night into early Labor Day Monday. Monday will be variably cloudy and humid, but not quite as warm with high temperatures in the lower 80s.
On Tuesday, it will be warm and less humid with another chance of showers and thunderstorms developing late in the day as the front lifts back northward. Highs will be in the lower 80s. The rest of the week will be partly sunny and very pleasant with highs in the lower to middle 70s.
