A cold front will approach from the west while moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Patricia moves northward this afternoon. It will be mostly cloudy and windy with scattered showers developing and high temperatures near 60 degrees.
Tonight, a strong area of low pressure will develop over the Midwest as the moisture and cold front feed into a developing area of low pressure. Showers will continue and lows will drop near 50. Mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers will continue on Wednesday, especially in the morning. Brisk northwesterly winds will sweep cooler air across Wisconsin, with afternoon temperatures falling into the 40s from a morning high temperatures in the lower 50s. As temperatures fall into the middle 30s on Wednesday night; showers may mix with a few flurries before ending.
Skies will gradually clear out on Thursday and it will be breezy and cool with high temperatures only reaching the upper 40s. Friday will be mostly sunny and seasonably cool with high temperatures in the lower 50s.
Over the weekend, another low pressure system will move through the area leading to scattered showers on Saturday with highs in the mid 50s. Sunday will be partly sunny and a little milder with high temperatures in the lower 60s.
Early next week will be partly sunny and quite mild with highs in the mid to upper 60s Monday and Tuesday.
