Low pressure will pass over Wisconsin on Halloween Saturday with mostly cloudy skies and scattered rain showers. High temperatures will reach the lower 50s again. After the system departs, Sunday will be partly sunny and a little milder with high temperatures near 60 degrees. Daylight Saving Time comes to an end late Saturday night.
